FAQs

How do I offer an item or become a sponsor?
Please reach out to Cristina Masters at heretohelpatx@gmail.com.

Are my entries tax-deductible?
As a tax-exempt organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code, The ATXelerator is eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. After payment is received, winning auction bidders and other donors will receive a written acknowledgement for their tax records reflecting the amount they donated and, if applicable, a description of the item/experience they won. Those with US tax liability may use that acknowledgement to seek favorable tax treatment for a portion of their donation, as applicable. Please consult your tax advisor for more information on tax-deductible contributions and their applicability to your individual situation. This is not legal or tax advice.

Are items donated for the auction or raffle considered tax-deductible?
