About
What is Here To Help ATX?
Here To Help ATX is a fundraising effort supporting Foundation Communities’ emergency relief fund, which was created for families who have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This virtual auction and raffle contains items donated by Austin-based businesses, philanthropists, and personalities.
What is Foundation Communities?
Foundation Communities (FC) creates housing where individuals and families succeed. Our housing-plus-services model empowers low-income residents and neighbors with the tools and support they need to stabilize and increase their economic standing. To achieve our mission, we focus in four areas: homes, education, health and finances. Read more here.
What will the proceeds go toward?
During the COVID pandemic, many of our residents are struggling with health concerns in addition to an unexpected loss of wages as employers cut staff or shut down altogether. Your donation to the Emergency Assistance Fund will have a big impact on our residents, helping them with basic needs including rental assistance, groceries, household items, and medical supplies.
